International Negotiations

GOAL

• look at and deal with the problems and difficulties of "traditional" Positional negotiation techniques.
• teach and train you in the "Principled" method of negotiation from preparation to closing.
• deal with some of the nuances of reading people, body language, environment and language. Most especially we will focus on language difficulties and techniques for Swedish negotiators working in English.
• discuss how to overcome and handle the complexities and problems that arise in negotiations (especially intercultural)
